Throughout his career, he has worked from multiple industry perspectives, including hospitality operators, hotels, convention centres, destinations and corporate event environments. This unique background provides him with a practical understanding of both sides of the market: organisations seeking venues, experiences and event solutions, and hospitality businesses looking to strengthen their market position, attract demand and create sustainable growth.
Having operated across sales, business development, MICE, events and destination management, Simon combines strategic thinking with commercial execution and relationship driven business development.
