From analysis and segmentation to outreach and follow-up, we ensure consistent market presence and a structured approach to generating business.

Hotels, Meeting & Event Venues

 Trial Package – “Test & Trust”

For hotels that would like to experience our approach without commitment and see first measurable results.

  • 1 strategy call per month (1 hour)

  • Support in product development and creation or optimization of professional sales materials (up to 3 hours/month)

  • 1–2 qualified leads per quarter

  • Access to our core network of MICE agencies and corporate buyers

  • Duration: minimum 3 months, maximum 6 months, followed by upgrade or conclusion

  • Monthly short report on activities and results

Ideal for small independent hotels, new partners, or pilot projects.

Optional Add-On:
To activate the market directly, you can book participation in a Burget Signature Event at a special rate of CHF 800 (including F&B and venue) ideal for establishing your first personal contacts with corporate buyers and agencies.

CHF 400 / month + 5 % success based comission

Basic Package - “Market Access”

Your entry into new markets with clear results and measurable impact.

  • 2–3 qualified contacts per month

  • Monthly status call including a review of ongoing activities

  • Market analysis and tailored action recommendations

  • Support in product development and creation or optimization of professional sales materials (up to 5 hours/month)

  • Organization of your participation in recommended or requested networking events and access to relevant agency and industry contacts

  • Monthly reporting with lead tracking and progress overview

Recommended for hotels ready to actively tap into new client segments and measurably increase their market presence.

Optional Add-On:
Within the Basic Package, participation in one Burget Signature Event per half-year can be booked for CHF 1,500–1,800 (including F&B and venue) a targeted sales and networking initiative with around 15 selected corporate buyers and agencies.

Advanced Package

Targeted market development with active representation and measurable ROI.

Everything included in the Basic Package, plus:

  • Representation at up to three events or trade shows per year (participation fees and expenses not included)

  • Proactive pitching to agencies and corporate clients (sales calls and personal follow-ups)

  • Quarterly KPI reporting including leads, conversion rate, and forecast

Through focused market development, continuous follow-ups, and transparent performance reports, we create sustainable sales success — efficient, measurable, and scalable.

The result: a predictable pipeline, stronger demand, and a measurable return on investment.

Recommended for boutique hotels, resorts, and destinations with a clear growth strategy and the ambition for active market engagement.

Premium Package

“Full Representation”

Your external sales department — exclusively positioned and results-driven.

Everything included in the Advanced Package, plus:

  • Comprehensive market representation of your property, focused on exclusive positioning, targeted lead generation, and sustainable business development

  • Execution of sales trips and roadshows (up to 5 per year)

  • Strategic advisory on expansion, partnerships, and market positioning

  • Dedicated point of contact for your event and sales team

  • For contracts of 6 months or longer, participation in one annual event is included (cost ceiling CHF 6,000 all-in; additional participation is flexible)

  • Extended market reports, revenue forecasting, and continuous performance reviews
